Legal Agreement
By creating an account or using nrtoto, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and nrtoto (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing wagers on nrtoto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account on nrtoto. The Platform strictly enforces this age requirement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. nrtoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and funds returned to the source payment method (minus any winnings derived from underage play).
nrtoto is designed to serve users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. nrtoto does not accept liability for unlawful use of the Platform in restricted territories.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The following persons are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using nrtoto:
To open an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on nrtoto. Creating multiple accounts (often referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must notify nrtoto support immediately.
Before processing your first withdrawal, nrtoto is required to verify your identity in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You will be asked to upload a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (KTP for Indonesian residents, passport for non-residents), and potentially a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. nrtoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify nrtoto support immediately.
nrtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri (bank transfers), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account closure.
nrtoto may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. Users may also set personal deposit limits as part of the responsible gaming framework — these limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a seven (7) day cooling-off period when increased.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. nrtoto aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB); however, processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or in cases requiring additional review.
nrtoto does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transfer fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 unless a higher limit has been pre-approved for VIP account holders.
nrtoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious transactions or patterns inconsistent with normal recreational gaming may trigger additional review, including requests for source of funds documentation.
All transactions on nrtoto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users depositing from foreign currency accounts may incur exchange-rate conversion fees imposed by their payment provider.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nrtoto are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while the bonus is active, and validity periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in full before claiming. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.
nrtoto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel wagers, and close accounts if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to: opposite betting (hedging) across multiple accounts, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, and any other behavior deemed by nrtoto to constitute unfair advantage or bad-faith participation in promotions.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be returned.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review each bet before submission. nrtoto will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction). If you believe an error has occurred, you must contact support immediately — retrospective claims will not be entertained.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as published by the governing body of the respective sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply (typically, pre-match bets are voided unless rescheduled within 48 hours; live bets may be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment if past a certain threshold).
All casino games on nrtoto are provided by certified third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published on the game page. RTP represents theoretical payout over millions of rounds and does not guarantee individual session results.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes published by recognized lottery authorities. nrtoto does not conduct its own draws. All togel bets are settled based on the official published result, and disputes must be raised within 24 hours of draw publication.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
nrtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We offer a comprehensive suite of tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality-check reminders. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated for the selected duration.
nrtoto has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds returned (minus any winnings). We encourage parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

All content on the nrtoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of nrtoto or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from nrtoto.
While nrtoto strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. nrtoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
nrtoto is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or reliability of third-party game content provided by external studios. While all games are sourced from certified providers, nrtoto does not guarantee game outcomes or RTP performance in individual sessions.
In no event shall nrtoto's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower. nrtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nrtoto is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting nrtoto support via live chat or email. If the dispute cannot be resolved within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration or mediation as provided under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You may close your account at any time by contacting nrtoto support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding wagers or bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.
nrtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, nrtoto will return any genuine funds (excluding bonuses and fraudulently obtained winnings) to your registered payment method, subject to investigation and KYC verification.
nrtoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
